Refund policy

All items are handmade in our small studio, so please ask any questions you may have before you purchase. If your purchase does not meet your expectations, please contact us and we will attempt to make it right.

Please note that custom or customized orders, international orders and final sale items are non-returnable. We are happy to discuss possible adjustments or alterations to custom-made items (at additional cost to the customer) when possible.

Return requests for any other item must be made within three (3) calendar days of delivery receipt by contacting laurie@brooklyneyecandy.com. A Return Authorization number will be issued for any timely request. Items must be returned new, unused and in original packaging within seven (7) calendar days of receipt of authorization. Returns will not be accepted without prior authorization as provided above. Late requests on returns cannot be honored.

However, if the item is intended as a gift, or if there are other special circumstances that make this time frame impractical, please contact us prior to making your purchase and we will make every effort to work with you.

Shipping of items to be returned should be coordinated with us for all items over $1000 as we will provide you with shipping instructions. For all other items, shipping must be arranged by the customer at their own expense. Please provide tracking information when the item is shipped so that we may watch for its return. Please insure your item as we will not refund an item that we do not receive.

Upon receipt of your return, we will inspect the item. Items that are returned in accordance with the above policy may receive an exchange credit for the full amount of the original charge or, if a refund has been requested, a return of funds to the original form of payment, less shipping costs. Credits for exchanges are valid for a period of three (3) months and may be applied towards the purchase of any item available on our website or to a custom order.
