Shipping policy

In stock orders are generally processed within 3-5 business days. We encourage you to contact us to determine specific shipping times so that we may advise you if we anticipate any delays, or try to accommodate you if you have need of expedited shipping for a gift or special occasion.

Processing times for custom or customized orders are stated in the item description. Again, reach out to us if you have a need for more rapid processing, and if it is possible to accommodate your request we will make every effort to do so.

Currently, we assure shipping only within the United States. For international orders, please contact us and we will try to work with you on a case-by-case basis. All customs duties, tariffs or fees on such orders are the responsibility of the buyer.

Shipping is made by USPS Priority Mail or Federal Express and is shipped insured. A signature is required upon delivery. Shipping is free of charge on items over $1000.
